The founders of Upsquare Group of Companies, Utpal “UV” Vaishnav, and his better half Kavita Vaishnav established Enrise Social Foundation in 2021 with the goal of advancing human consciousness.
At Enrise, we understand that societies often operate based on fear and rules, which can limit the potential for a fulfilling life. However, it is possible to rise above fear and create a more habitable world by raising human consciousness.
For uneducated and underprivileged individuals, the lack of awareness, resources, and knowledge can create a perception of living in a dangerous world. Enrise works to provide the necessary resources and knowledge to increase confidence and capabilities, allowing them to speak the language of life.
Our focus is on the well-being of the less privileged, and our programs aim to bridge the gap between the privileged and underprivileged. We align our efforts with the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals to promote sustainable livelihoods, women’s health, and education.
Enrise began its journey in the western part of India, with the goal of addressing the world’s sustainability needs through our dreams, daring, and determination.
Our vision is to create a world where every individual, human and non-human alike, has the opportunity to reach their full potential and live a fulfilling life in a state of flow. We strive to empower and educate communities, break down barriers, and promote awareness, understanding, and compassion for all living beings.
Although I learned about this Sloka in my childhood, I understood and internalized the essence of it much later in my life.
कर्मण्येवाधिकारस्ते मा फलेषु कदाचन । मा कर्मफलहेतुर्भुर्मा ते संगोऽस्त्वकर्मणि ॥
The sanskrit text of the above Sloka translates to a this: One has a right to “Karma” but never to any Fruits thereof.
I understood that if one is motivated by the results of his actions, by design, s/he is becoming anti-life. Once I got access to this dimension, I could not go back. As a result, I built Upsquare Group of Companies based on this simplified understanding: પ્રયત્ન મનુષ્ય ના હાથ માં છે, પરિણામ નહીં.
Enrise, the CSR wing of the Upsquare Group of Companies, is the spirit of our corporate culture, reminding us each day about the purpose of why we are doing what we are doing.
The wealth that Upsquare Group produces must find its course to uplift the not-so-fortunate’s life, help unlock their full potential, and live a fulfilling life in a state of flow.
Enrise has been set up as a distinct entity so that it is not limited to just our group’s efforts, and all the volunteers from the world join our mission and make the world a more habitable place.
I often hear comments that I am too compassionate and that my skills are often taken advantage of by others for their own selfish interests.
While I am grateful for the concern, I embrace my compassionate nature and the consequences that come with it because it is a fundamental part of who I am and how I choose to live my life.
When my better half UV and I founded Enrise Social Foundation, I knew that it was an appropriate outlet for my desire to give back to society.

By building stronger communities and promoting social cohesion through our efforts, we can contribute to the greater good and make a meaningful difference in the world.
